We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To provide the core functionality of the extension (recording and analyzing note data).
• To allow you to export your recorded data to CSV format.
• To provide AI-assisted writing suggestions (data is processed securely).

Local First: The majority of your data, including your recorded notes history and settings, is stored locally in your browser's storage (Chrome Storage API). We do not automatically sync this data to our servers unless you explicitly choose to use cloud backup features (if available).
